Welfare Management
· Identify problem areas of the target client system
-Needy
-Disabled
-Detainees
-Members of the Philippine Armed Forces and their dependents
-OCW’s
-Families of Fil/US Servicemen
-Disadvantaged Women
-Abandoned and neglected children
-Elderly
-Other individuals/families who are in a difficult situation
· Provide consultative and other technical assistance related to the delivery of welfare services which may be required by the Chapters
· Plan, devise schemes, and recommend the implementation of effective Welfare Services for the welfare of its clients
· Prepare project proposals to secure funding support both from local and international organizations
· Establish linkages and liaison work needed in the mobilization of resources and interagency networking
· Coordinate with top-ranking military authorities to facilitate fulfillment of the PNRC charter obligation
Qualifications/Minimum Education: Registered Social Worker with Masteral units in Social Work Administration
Work Experience & Skills:
· Atleast five (5) years of Managerial experience in the related field
· Knowledgeable in Communications trends
· Excellent human and public relations and cultural sensitivity
