SALES ENGINEER FOR MANUFACTURING

JOB SUMMARY:

A Sales Engineer for Manufacturing is responsible for providing our target clients efficient systems, processes and machines that result in high-quality products.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Studying and evaluating requirements for each production process and product at hand and determining the most efficient machines or equipment based on these requirements.

• Optimize facility layouts, production lines, machine operations and network performance to ensure that clients are making the most of out of their machine investment.

• Determining problem resolutions and implementing improvements for equipment, processes, and workflow.

• Ensuring manufacturing processes, equipment, and products comply with safety standards and legal regulations.

• Coordinate with a multifunctional team throughout the entire sales process, including working closely with Account Managers, Solution Architects and Sales Specialists to promote sales growth.

COMPETENCIES/SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Mechatronics Engineer, Electronics Engineer, Computer Engineer

• Must have an excellent customer orientation, and enthusiasm for 3D Printing and new technologies.

• With excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• The candidate must possess strong business acumen, market research skills and has a deep understanding of various aspects of a business on commercial and industrial printers.

• Knowledgeable in CAD software for 3D design or computer-aided industrial design (CAID) software, 3D printing, Solidworks, Autodesk inventor, AutoCAD

• With strong communication & presentation skills

SALES ENGINEER FOR HEALTHCARE

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Learns and operates the digital fabrication technologies for the healthcare sector

· Examines the workflow and the innovation potentials for the medical and dental industries

· Educates the healthcare sector about the benefits of adapting digital fabrication technologies

REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

· Industrial Engineer, Mechatronics Engineer, Electronic Engineer, Chemical Engineer

· Can use 3D software

· Machine-savvy

· Knowledgeable in medical and dental processes, and in biomedical equipment

· Machine operation is preferred but not required

· Proficient in oral and written communication

SALES ENGINEER FOR CREATIVE SECTOR

JOB SUMMARY

Industrial designer develops the concepts for manufactured products, such as furniture, crafts appliances, and fashion. They combine art, business, and engineering to make products that people use every day. Industrial designers consider the function, aesthetics, production costs, and usability of products when developing new product concepts.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Draft sketches and illustrations of potential products or work on enhancing an existing product to make it more appealing to consumers.

· Use blueprints, detailed drawings, or computer-aided designs to demonstrate product potential.

· Fabricate models using samples.

· Revise models according to client specifications.

· Research design trends and product limitations.

· Work with engineering, marketing, production, and/or sales departments to establish and evaluate design concepts for manufactured products.

· Present designs to client for approval.

· Create trademarks to appear on advertising materials or company marketing collateral.

· Use CAD software to refine designs and create virtual models of products

· Utilize 3D printing to create product prototypes that are both non-functional and working in order to evaluate their practicality

PREFERRED EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

· A bachelor’s degree in Industrial design, Architecture, or Engineering, Multimedia & Arts; newly graduates are welcome to apply

· Knowledgeable in CAD software for 3D design or computer-aided industrial design (CAID) software, 3D printing, solidworks, Autodesk inventor, AutoCAD

· Experience in creative industries like crafts, fashion, furniture, architecture & advertising will be an advantage to the position
