PROJECT SALES ENGINEER

·       Builds business by identifying and selling prospects and maintaining relationships with clients.

·       Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching, and analyzing sales options.

·       Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching, and recommending new opportunities.

·       Provide spec-in of customer’s requirements and carry out the proposal, presentation, and conduct orientation.

·       Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

·       Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

·       Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.

·       Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

·       Possess a deep understanding of the design guidelines and apply the techniques and skills necessary to execute tasks

·       Drive to complete the sets consisting of the single-line diagrams, and bill of materials promptly

·       Consistently meet target output with no or minimal errors

·       Consistently deliver design requests

·       Interact regularly with Design Engineer colleagues, Team Lead, and Stakeholders for design process alignment

·       Comply with company policies and job expectations

·       Be open to change, creative, optimistic, and set an example for team culture

Qualifications / Skills:

Presentation Skills Education, Experience, and Licensing

Client Relationships Requirements:

Emphasizing Excellence Bachelor’s or master’s degree with

Energy Level a concentration in marketing, promotions,

Negotiation advertising sales, or business

Prospecting Skills administration preferred

Meeting Sales Goals At least five (5) years of industry sales

Creativity experience

Sales Planning One to three years of management

Independence experience

Motivation for Sales Strategic leadership ability

·       Graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering

·       Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office suite
