Essential Job Functions:
1. Develops consumer promo program plan for National accounts and Distributors that will generate sell-in and sell-out of products;
2. New Product Introduction — from “First Look” to “On-Shelf”, and making recommendation on process changes and adjustments;
3. Brand enhancement through presentation of brands to consumer in-stores, in a cost-effective manner.
4. Budget management of the National accounts and Distributors and monitoring of cost implication of the promotion.
Professional Experience and Required Qualifications:
1. Candidates must be a graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or any related course from a university/college;
2. At least 2-3 years of related experience in Trade Marketing or Marketing. Background in a Consumer Goods set up is an advantage;
3. Demonstrates critical thinking, flexibility and resourcefulness;
4. Has a working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Applications with good communication skills;
5. Must be comfortable traveling.
