Job Description

Assisting in STRATEGY 

1. Builds relationships with Filipino communities and schools overseas in order to expand reach and access as part of Business development agenda.

2. Conducts business intelligence initiatives to satisfy specific needs of international clients through the customization of REX learning solutions.

3. Formulates strategies for acquisition, retention, and forges partnerships to ensure high level of service performance delivery and customer satisfaction.

Assisting in RESOURCES

1. Plans and manages the Department’s budget and ensures that expenditures are within the approved limit and identifies areas for cost-saving interventions o enhance the department's operational effectiveness in order to serve the International Market. 

2. Identifies and recommends manpower requirements for the department. 

3. Approves schedules and manpower deployment in order to maximize utilization of time, resources, and manpower.

4. Identifies REX product mix, features, and benefits that can be offered to the international market in order to address customer needs.

Assisting in CULTURE

1. Champions the cascade of Corporate culture to the team by ensuring alignment with the core values as translated into actual work behavior.

2. Establishes work ethics in the Dept. that becomes a norm for daily operations to ensure high level of professionalism at the workplace.

3. Promotes customer-centric culture, respects cultural diversity and inclusivity, sensitivity to cultural differences, promotes Philippine culture while respecting cultural relativism and norms of host countries. 

Assisting in TEAM

1. Sets departmental objectives, team deliverables and links KRAs/KPIs with Performance Management System.

2. Manages team interactions, provides timely and constructive feedback, guides the subordinates in their work, addresses performance issues, and identifies training and developmental needs of the department.

3. Identifies high potentials to be included in the succession table and ensures that proper learning and development programs are adhered upon to ensure readiness of high potential employees.

Assisting in PROGRAMS AND PROCESSES

1. Sponsors graduate studies and certificate courses of Overseas Foreign Workers (OFW) educators and professionals.

2. Provides continuous professional development for OFW professionals by providing learning activities from PRC-certified institutions.

3. Facilitates surveys to get market information, customer information dossier, client demographics related to OFWs

4. Creates programs for the Filipino families, communities, students, educators, and other stakeholders such as programs to support and improve their mental health and wellness.

Assisting in GOVERNANCE

1. Facilitates Training Needs Analysis in order to identify the needed learning interventions of OFWs educators and professionals.

2. Conducts functional, cross-functional and ad hoc meetings to discuss, identify issues and obstacles, and agree on action points to guarantee timely execution of strategies and programs.

3. Prepares and presents monthly Business Review reports, mid-year and year-end business continuity plans, and Annual Operating Plans.

4. Establishes reliable reporting mechanism that allows information to flow freely throughout the group as a form of transparency and alignment, including the consistent implementation of employee discipline in the department.

Performs other tasks that might be assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Advertising/Media or equivalent.At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.At least 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.
