•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.•At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.•Conducts branch visitation and review when necessary giving emphasis on policy compliance and risk areas.•evaluates the operational efficiency, internal control and service delivery of the branches in the area.•Reviews Service Manager’s Exception Report and elevates to CBOD and RBC Head.•Develops store officers and staff through cross-posting and trainings.•Monitors aging of the store’s IORS Floats and GL Temporary Accounts.•Monitors resolution of audit issues and Service Manager Exception Report.•Mentors Service Managers.•Conducts regular Service Managers’ Clinic and meetings to discuss operational issues and updates.•Coordinates with the different Head Office units for the support requirement of the stores in the area.•Should have an extensive audit experience in Branches/Retail Banking.•Acts on other duties that may be assigned by the Area Operations Head from time to time•Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.•5 Full-Time position(s) available.
