QUALIFICATION STANDARD:
Education : Bachelor's degree in Economics
Experience : 2 years of relevant work experience
Training : 8 hours of relevant training
SCOPE OF WORK:
1. Conducts research work and prepares data and analysis needed by the President and other senior officers for decision making;
2. Conducts policy studies and prepares proposals and position papers on issues that are pertinent to SHFC and the housing/housing finance sector;
3. Monitors, reviews, and analyzes reports of other Departments/Groups in accordance with the corporate goals, plans, and programs;
4. Prepares briefers, talking points, presentations, and other materials needed by the President for executive level discussions and meetings;
5. Attends to specific directives and special assignments instructed by the President, and monitors their execution;
6. Supervises the internal and external communication requirements of the President;
7. Attends to the administrative and logistical requirements of the President;
8. Maintains the Department's records and files in accordance with standards of record keeping, and controls and safeguards confidential documents and information;
9. Recommends new or updating of Department processes, policies, and/or guidelines to improve performance; and
10. Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by the Immediate Superior/President.
