ALDI Sales Manager will effectively lead and manage the performance of specific products/commodities across the Philippines especially commodities whose main distribution channel would be ALDI (Alternative Distribution). Guaranteeing the success of ALDI business in every assigned commodity. Appraise new business ideas and strategize appropriate to company objectives. Responsible for planning, delivery and marketing throughout the progression of the product/commodity.
Understanding and representing customers, Retail Partners and Retail Associates needs.Developing competitive analyses by mo
nitoring the market, analyzing the commodities/products’ performance and propose ways to increase Sales and optimize profitability.Work closely with immediate superior in devising sales and marketing strategy to ensure that ALDI business is growing.Relay information to all stakeholders and compile reports to propose new ideas.Co
nduct POS visits to determine the needs of RAs and Retailers.Collaborate closely with the whole sales team and other departments to ensure success for the entire organizatio
