Job Description

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other related coursesAt least 5 years of experience in retail sales on a national or regional scope and/or key account managementStrong experience in product management and delivering finely tuned product marketing strategiesStrong presentation and public speaking skillsAnalytical mind and problem-solving skillsComputer literacy (MS office especially Excel, PPT, Outlook and Teams)

As part of our growth, your tasks will be to:

ALDI Sales Manager will effectively lead and manage the performance of specific products/commodities across the Philippines especially commodities whose main distribution channel would be ALDI (Alternative Distribution). Guaranteeing the success of ALDI business in every assigned commodity. Appraise new business ideas and strategize appropriate to company objectives. Responsible for planning, delivery and marketing throughout the progression of the product/commodity.

Understanding and representing customers, Retail Partners and Retail Associates needs.Developing competitive analyses by monitoring the market, analyzing the commodities/products’ performance and propose ways to increase Sales and optimize profitability.Work closely with immediate superior in devising sales and marketing strategy to ensure that ALDI business is growing.Relay information to all stakeholders and compile reports to propose new ideas.Conduct POS visits to determine the needs of RAs and Retailers.Collaborate closely with the whole sales team and other departments to ensure success for the entire organizationAnalyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships local and national level then drive business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company.Drive new projects/programs that will benefit ALDI business.
