An exciting opportunity exists for you to join the HR Operations team as an HR Data Management Administrator.
This is a great opportunity to join the broader HR Operations team at Macquarie Group
As a gatekeeper of HR data, you will be involved in different tasks and projects related to the creation, maintenance, and use of employee data globally.
The responsibilities for this role include
· Maintaining an updated and accurate employee record within the HR systems
· Ensuring that all data movements are supported by necessary approval based on the business requirements, performing data validation and audit to ensure accuracy
· Ensuring that transactions and processes are compliant with the defined company policies, acting on requests from the business and deliver the expected output
· Ensuring the timely and accurate processing and release of reports to stakeholders, supporting the business direction in terms of data and reporting
· Ensuring the timely processing of STL forms and benefits reports as inputs to payroll and other related processing
· Participate in projects and activities where HR data expertise is required
To be successful in this role, you will need to be customer focused and can initiate and maintain client relationships. You’ll also have a high attention to detail and be comfortable with working on multiple tasks and high volumes.
You’ll also bring the following skills:
· Good time management and document preparation skills
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Problem solving and decision-making skills
· Strong Microsoft Office skills specifically Outlook, Excel and Word
· Understanding of Macquarie Group policies and systems associated with specific job responsibilities
