Assist the Human Resource Manager with developing and implementing HR policies and practices in accordance with labor law and company compliance requirements;Facilitate recruitment process including drafting job des
cription, advertising, sourcing, producing job offers, drafting co
ntracts and induction of new employees;Develop perso
nnel administration like employment contracts, letters, and the like;Handle general payroll management and staff benefits;Provide comprehensive generalist HR service to collegues, including employee relations advise;Ensure HR metrics and reporting in relation to company and HR department targets are followed up wher
e necessary, particularly with regards to compliance;Ensure performance management is carried out in a way that both supports the employees and protects the company;Updates, submits and compiles mandatory reports to SSS, Philhealth and PAG-IBIG;Assist with performance management procedures;Facilitate training sessions and seminars.Handles routine labor relations and human resource inquiries related to policies, procedures, and bargaining agreements; refers complex matters to appropriate management staff;And such other functions and duties as may be suitable for her qualifications, and as the Employer may require, subject to the latest policies and latest guideline issued by the Company. The Employee services shall be rendered at such place or places as the Employer may require.
