He/She/They will be responsible for servicing after-sales requirements of corporate clients availing the bank's Cash Management ServicesThe responsibilities we will trust you with:Case / Problem Management : Receive calls and emails from corporate clients regarding their concerns about their availed Cash Management Services and investigate and gather information to identify the root cause of the problem so they can be properly endorsed to the relevant teams / departments to resolve the client's concernsCustomer Satisfaction : Manage and resolve complex client concerns in an efficient and customer-friendly mannerAdministrative : Ensure that all applications, utilities, shared folders, and other day-to-day items affecting operations are in proper working conditionThe qualifications you should have:Graduate of four or five-year course / Bachelor's Degree Holder (Business Course Graduates are preferred)At least two years experience in customer service, preferably addressing Cash Management Services concernsExperienced in leading a teamMust be willing to work ON-SITE in Makati and/or Ortigas.
