Corporate Finance Officer

Provide assistance to the business development team about the viability of potential energy projectsManage, coordinate, and develop the financial model for energy projectsMonitor and conduct project follow-up and manage all related requirements of projectsCollecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial informationPreparation of financial reports including but not limited to SEC and PSE required reportsDevelop strategies that may minimize financial riskManage relationship with financial institutionsActively participate in formulating strategic and long-term business plan and assist in equity raisingBachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Business ManagementAt least 2-years relevant experience in the field of corporate finance, business and financial advisory, risk, or auditAdept in audit, taxation, banking and finance, corporate financeProficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint and WordWith excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external partiesMust be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitudeAbility to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
