Duties and Responsibilities

Perform marketing to financial institutions for network and business, Arrange meeting with clients for money market, funding and securities,Perform foreign exchange and money market trading - placements, borrowings, FX currency,Responsible for daily cash management and consistent compliance with Treasury and Regulatory Limits (such as SBL, Liquid Asset Ratio, FCDU Cover Ratio, Reserve Requirements by BSP, FX Position),Ensure accurate recording and monitoring of Treasury transactions, breach against limits is reported and corrective actions are undertaken,Provides timely and accurate treasury, liquidity and market risks reports, coordinate with regulators concerning reportorial requirements, and act as secretary during Treasury/Committee meetings,Maintain and update Treasury operations manual and risk management guidelines,Perform other related duties as may be assigned by the Head of Treasury,

Qualification, Skills and Required Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance or equivalentAt least 5 years Treasury-related work experience including FX sales experienceStrong understanding of financial markets and financial instrumentsKnowledge in Treasury Operations, banking operations and risk managementProfessional Treasury/SEC certifications are advantageExperience on use of Treasury systems like Reuters-PDEX and Bloomberg
