JOB DEscriptION:

Prepares disbursement checks, Manager's check applications, and wire transfer documentsAttends to suppliers' inquiries regarding payment schedule, and releases checks to suppliersSAP entry of paymentsHandles/custodian, disbursement and monitoring of petty cash fundsCash management facilities enrollment and updating of accountsPrepare disbursements related reportsOther related tasks assigned by the immediate head

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree, preferably Finance or Business courseTreasury/Finance related experience is an advantageProficient in MS OfficeKnowledgeable in SAPResults-oriented and can work well under pressure
