BASIC JOB FUNCTION:

Performs or assists in the performance of basic clerical tasks such as but not limited to sorting and routing mail/correspondence; answering phone; operating basic office equipment such as fax machine, photocopier and computer, filing and safekeeping documents, encoding/typing memos, letters, etc., entering data on a computer, working on spreadsheets, ordering office supplies, monitoring and keeping supplies inventory, and other clerical tasks as may be required.
