Job Description
• Maintain client QuickBooks online and Xero files
• Record and code transactions based on bank information and upload supporting documents
• Reconcile bank statements
• Process accounts receivable payments
• Prepare sales tax returns

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online; Experience with Xero experience is a plus
• Must become QuickBooks ProAdvisor Certified within the first 60 days
• Full cycle bookkeeping skills
• Experience with Google Workspace
• Excellent mathematical, organizational, oral, and written communication skills
