Criteria and Requirements:
A graduate of any Allied Health/Medical or Academic Profession or relevant field.At least five (5) years administrative experienceAt least three (3) years working experience as company’s therapy center consultant.Adequate knowledge of organizatio
nal effectiveness and operations management.Budget development and oversight experience.Working knowledge of budgets and forecasting expenses and procurement.Ability to effectively communicate with administrative staff, consultants, clients and family members.Good leadership skills.Excellent time management skills and ability to multi – task and prioritize work.Good attention to detail and problem – solving skills.Familiarity with common rules and regulations within the allied health and academic professions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

nal objectives.Examine financial data or statements and use them to improve profitability.Oversees training, and supervision of administrative staff.Cater to clients’ or administrative personnel’s concerns.Schedule staff meetings and appointmentsOrganize the office layout and order statio

ndition and arrange for necessary repairs.Partner with Head of Human Resources (HR)Operations to update and maintain center policies as necessary.Address employees’ co
ncerns regarding center management issues.Coordinate with HR regarding the planning of in–house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, and conferences.Decide on suitable strategies and objectives.
