nitor progress of applications and renewalso Represent/ In charge in dealing with different sectors as authorized representative of the companyo Process termination/cancellation of business registrationo Ensure that all permits and compliance are in place and up to date. Accountable for maintaining compliance.o Respo
nsible in lodging applications on time and tracking of statuses avoiding penalties and late filing fineso Manages im
portation, farm-in of locally purchased IT equipment, transfer and disposal of ALL company assets – Fit-out materials, IT equipment and Furniture and Fixtureso Respo
nsible for maintaining and updating Compliance Trackers
Major Responsibilities:
1. Board of Investments
o Undertake the collaboration with other departments of required documents either for registration of project/activity or filing of claim for Income Tax Holiday
o Coordinate with the BOI for the filing of the following
Registration of new project/activity
Application for claim of Income Tax Holiday
o Coordination with Accounting and Audit team with regards to the ff:
Declaration of BOI qualified sales
Allocation of VAT input & other expenses
Allocation of cost for BOI qualified sales
Pricing of BOI qualified sales
Identifying/Tagging of BOI qualified units in EDMS
Computation of Income Tax Holiday
Provide and submit to BOI all required annual Reports
o Process Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC) or Certificate of Non-Coverage (CNC) for all BOI-registered sites2. Philippine Economic Zone Authority
o Responsible for PEZA registration and delisting
o Coordinate with site managers and Facility for preparation of site inspection
o Responsible for monthly, quarterly, & annual reportorial PEZA requirements
o Responsible for the filing of 8105,8106,8101 & other relevant reports required by PEZA
o Responsible for the submission of TIMTA report & validation of ITH
o Responsible for renewal of accreditations and incentives
o Process Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC) or Certificate of Non-Coverage (CNC) for all PEZA-registered sites
o Responsible for the SCO application
3. Bureau of Internal Revenue, SSS, Pagibig and Philhealth
o Registration of new sites4. Bureau of Customs
o Registration of new sites
o Coordinate with Purchasing Officer and Compliance Officer &/ or external brokers for the accreditation of new sites as requirement of the Bureau
5. LGUs
o Assist and Coordinate LGU applications, renewals and cancellation of business registration6. Others – as required by business/ requested by management

Bachelor's/College DegreeOpen to fresh gradsAtleast 1 year of experience as Custom Brokeragewilling to go offsite to process government forms/ docu
