JOB DEscriptION

Prepare & Send Purchase Order to Head Office in South KoreaCoordinate with Head Office in South Korea about Shipping documentsCoordinate with Forwarder & Broker regarding shipment StatusEnsure Annual Renewal of Licenses (Exporter, importer, FDA, BIR)Administer Delivery and monitoring the deliveries to clients and ensure work within required timeframe and assist immediate head to resolve all transaction issuesCoordinate with clients regarding Purchase Order and Prepare Sales ContractCoordinate with warehouse regarding pull out and incoming shipmentCoordinate with Clients for the monthly Delivery ScheduleCoordinate with Partner trucker for Delivery to ClientsMaintain & update knowledge on all customs clearance processes and execute required transportation strategies and ensure work according to customers and supplier requirementsSaving all documents in google drive upon completion of every shipmentUpdating importation Schedule Monitoring FilePerform other related activities that may be assigned by the Immediate Head.
