This position will be the custodian for our Tibungco Davao Distribution Center mainly managing the returns’ end-to-end processing and facilitate truck bookings.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Processing of returned stocksAccurate and timely Credit Memo generationMonitoring of returns and recovery of BO (Bad Order)Monitoring BO Classifiers’ productivityTimely disposal and documentation of BOsMonitoring maintenance and repair activities at the DCTimely Assignment of trucks to load items based on planned routesResponding to Delivery concerns and giving real time update of concerns to Sales Team and other departmentsReconciliation of BO related hanging balance sent by Finance thru Returns report monitoringAssisting on truckers billing assessmentsProcessing of Government Utilities, tax payments to city officeConducting monthly Self-Assessment Related to QSHEEnsuring Compliance on QSHE Company Rules & RegulationReport Near misses, unsafe Condition and Unsafe ActEnsure Closure of Observations and Findings Related to PositionOther administrative tasks as required by Logistics Head

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Business or related coursesHas at least 3 years solid experience in Logistics or related role in the FMCG IndustryKnowledgeable in Warehouse Management and other administrative tasksCan work with minimum supervisionCan work from Monday to Saturday
