The Data Analyst will empower data-driven strategic decision making of the Mobile App & Loyalty team. The analyst will perform loyalty, sales, and marketing impact analysis focused on the loyalty program’s initiatives.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Generate regular (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.) and ad hoc reports for the Mobile App & Loyalty teamAnalyze loyalty customer data to understand customer behavior and trendsAnalyze the impact of loyalty marketing programs/campaigns utilizing both quantitative and qualitative measures, including but not limited to post-mortem analysis of other mobile app & loyalty initiativesAnalyze the impact of the mobile app & loyalty to the overall business performanceGenerate valuable insights and recommendations that will be the foundation for strategic initiatives and decision makingAudit and maintain the co
nsistency and accuracy of the loyalty databa

Qualification & Skills
Degree in Business Management, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related business analytics fieldKnowledge in e-commerce and/or loyalty analyticsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelStrong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skillsPositive, proactive, and agileSelf-starter and resourcefulExcellent verbal, written communications, and presentation skillsAttention to detail
