The CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist is responsible for all aspects of the group of companies CRMs including automated customer communications and engagement across the customer life cycle including both B2B and B2C customers. Working closely with the General Manager and Head of Group Marketing, you will be the Subject Matter Expert for our ZOHO platform and take a lead role in shaping the development of the technical infrastructure required to deliver the end experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Utilising our Zoho platform, deliver and optimise an integrated suite of customer communications via multiple channels to improve customer conversion.Ensure a cohesive customer experience across all digital touchpoints.Develop and implement a customer engagement program that increases application and settlement rates. Utilise experimentation capability to test opportunities to improve performance continually.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement opportunities to automate the customer experience and improve business efficiency.Ensure a co

SELECTION CRITERIA:
Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing automation platforms and customer journey management. Experience in Zoho is highly preferred.Deep understanding of CRM, personalisation, segmentation and customer journeys to drive conversion, acquisition and retention.Demo
