Job Description

As part of our growth, your tasks will be the following:

Digital Payments KPI management, monitoring, and reporting:Regularly monitor, analyze, synthesize and report KPIs giving regular status updates to stakeholdersDetermine new KPIs as necessary, how results will be measured, how well results are achieved, and the connected performance driversComplete post-project evaluation for new initiatives and iterate KPI management as necessaryIdentify and initiate continuous improvement projects for Digital Payments based on KPIsIdeate, create business cases for new features, propose improvement areas and iterationsContinuously perform benchmarking and competitor analysis of Digital Payments products and featuresContinuously track and keep stakeholders updated of Digital Payments trends and market needsDevelop a pipeline of improvement projects and best practices for Digital Payments productCollaborate and be accountable with Product Owner, Project Managers, Project Sponsor, and stakeholders on Digital Payments initiatives to complete project charter outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timingClearly communicate improvement expectations to team members and stakeholdersManage relationship with in-house and 3rd party partners upon transition to business as usualSharing best practices between HCPH teams by collaborating on projects, products, and features with other teams within and outside Online

Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant fieldExcellent writing skills to prepare detailed reportsFamiliarity with data analyticsAbility to synthesize complex data into actionable goalsCritical thinking skills to recommend original and productive ideasAdvanced MS Excel skillsProduct management experienceFamiliarity with market and competitor analysisExperience in Agile dev environmentAdvanced Standard Query Language (SQL) skillsStrong statistical foundationsAbility to elicit cooperation from management and other departmentsInterpersonal skills to work collaboratively with various stakeholders who may have competing interests
