WHAT IS A PUBLISHER AD OPERATIONS AND PROGRAMMATIC TRADING SUPPORT?

Our awesome client, a leading Food Advertising and Supermarket Advertising Company based in Australia is looking for Publisher Ad Operations and Programmatic Trading Support to be part of their Team.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?  

Develop and manage all aspects of Ad Operations across Display, Mobile, Native and VideoOversee and manage Ad Operations Team (internal & external)Oversee technical aspect of Programmatic Trading & Operations (Optimization, Deal IDs, Reporting and Insights)Oversee Technical aspects of Publishers Ad Operations (Installed Ad Tag on Publisher Websites and Header Bidding Setups)Oversee Media Planning and Forecasting for Account Management TeamOversee Managed Services Campaign Creation, Optimization and ReportingDeveloping Campaign Trafficking Strategies for Managed Services ClientsOversee Header Bidding / Prebid.org (Client Side and Server Side)Act as the main client and publisher contact for technical related questionsResponsible for Yield Optimization

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

1-2 years of experience in Ad Operations and TraffickingExperience with Appnexus or any DSP/SSP Google Dv360The Trade DeskVerizon Media DSPMediaMathAdformAdelphicStack AdaptExperience with Google Ad Manager, Rubicon Project, Index Exchange, Pubmatic and Verizon Media an advantage but not essentialExperience with Bidswitch, Confiant, Grapeshot an advantage but not essentialExperience with WordpressWorking knowledge of Flash, HTML, XML, and JavascriptWorking knowledge VAST, VPAID, & VMAP video tagsDebugging and HTML proxy tools including Charles, Firebug, Chrome Developer ToolsFamiliarity with SalesForce is a plus but not essentialAbility to work quickly and meet deadlinesExcellent communications Skills (timely responses is a key success factor)Master of Microsoft Office / Google DocsEye for detail and extremely accurate and thoroughAbility to work independently to meet prescribed deadlinesExcellent communication skills, written and oralMaintenance of confidentiality at all timesWilling to work at a Nightshift ScheduleTemporary Work from Home Set up
