The Retail Store Associate assists on the Redemption Store and online Store inventory requirements. He/she also assists in other consignment requirements of other departments in RWM.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare all consignment contracts and coordinated with all consignors regarding inventory and payment related concerns.Assist in preparing all monthly inventory reconciliation and countering of all consignors of online and redemption stores.Assist in ordering, reordering items for selling and redemption in the online and Redemption stores.Assist in sending the daily, weekly, monthly inventory of usage and engagement consignment warehouse.Assist in processing all consignment contracts.Assist in processing all new items and uploading the POS and barcoding system.Assist in preparing the monthly count sheets and prepares the payment endorsement.Assist in providing weekly and monthly inventory reports.Assist in managing the consignment warehouse.Assist in attending to inter-departmental consignment requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate of any four (4) year courseAt least three to five (3-5) years background and experience in retail and inventory managementGood knowledge in sales and inventoryGood knowledge of POS (point of sale) experience a plus with cash handling experienceGood knowledge in Microsoft officeStrong interpersonal and customer service skills
