Draft policies, standards, procedures and guidelines to support operational processes.Ensure strict compliance to company policies and procedures.Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of existing policies and procedures and recommend revisions/changes if necessary.Develop internal audit scope, perform internal audit procedures, and prepare internal audit reports reflecting the results of the work performed.Update the company's manual of procedures from time to time, including relevant forms, in view of changes in technology and business environment.Performs other related functions that maybe assigned by the Department/Group Head.
