I. JOB MISSION/SUMMARY
To introduce and sell all Star 360 Philippines Inc. products to all existing and possible accounts, support marketing activities, study and gather information about the market and competition, collect payables from clients in assigned area, and ensure attainment of set targets and quota to achieve objective of business operations.
II. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervision of Merchandisers
1.Conducts product orientation for merchandisers and supervises/monitors their job.
2.Supervises Merchandisers on merchandizing strategy such as correct positioning of products in the display (planogram).
Sales Plan
1.To execute strategic sales plan to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
2. Plans itinerary for the succeeding week’s schedule while taking into account all memos and announcements about new products in preparation for field visits.
3. Requests sample products and POP materials for customer visits on scheduled calls to introduce and sell company products.
4.Taps new potential clients in the assigned area. Investigates clients’ credit accounts. Builds customer relationship.
Others
1.Monitors delivery of clients’ order per SKU to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
2.Ensures that all requirements in assigned area are properly attended.
3. Prepares weekly report for submission to immediate supervisor and collection reports for submission to cashier.
4.Performs other duties as may be assigned by immediate superior.
