Job Responsibilities:
To oversee and manage overall Sales operations for the entire Luzon.To plan and direct the overall Sales manpower; District Sales Managers and Sales Representatives.Tracking of overall sales performance and sales representative’s performance.Analyze sales statistics; product performance, strong and weak accounts, etc.Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners.To train and develop sales representatives.Develop and maintain relatio
nships with key accounts.To devise strategic plans and execute them to drive the overall sales performance of the company.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies or in any related field.With knowledge of medical and laboratory equipment/supplies.Proven previous experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Supervisor.Strong business sense and industry expertise.Excellent Leadership, Mentoring, and Coaching Skills.Willing to be trained and learn the IVD Industry.
