Job Description

Lead and deliver process improvement

·        Lead the analysis of existing processes and systems, identify operational challenges and opportunity areas; present findings

·        Design and offer proactive solutions and improvement plan in order to improve the business and operations

·        Develop s standards specific to the optimized processes

·        Contribute s to other projects/new program implementation if requested

Implement process improvement

Work with business functions and assist in operationalizing business processesDelivers regular and ad-hoc reports on time as requested by the internal and external clientsBuild process flowcharts and documentationRecommend and assist in the implementation of changes to improve business processesImplement business operation and service solutions utilizing the continuous improvement processConduct visit of The SM Store branches as needed and required

evaluate the process improvement initiative

·        Ensure that the process changes/improvements are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality.

·        evaluate and assess the outcomes of the process change as established during the planning phase and determine learnings·        Lead the analysis of existing processes and systems, identify operational challenges and opportunity areas; present findings

Qualifications:

University degree or the equivalent of Business management, Industrial Engineering, Information systems or related courses preferredAt least 3 years of  Project/Business management work experience;Excellent on the use of all Microsoft Office toolsProficient in methods of root cause analysisEffective business, proposal and report writingAnalytical and problem-solving skillsSome background on programming and development, fast learner in programming applications such as MS Powerapps, independent learner, interested to learn web designPython and java background preferred
