Job Summary for Area Sales Manager

Responsible for managing and securing the store's resources (personnel, inventory, and equipment) using established systems and procedures with the end goal of achieving sales targets and satisfying the customer while maintaining a profitable retail operation.Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent.At least 5 years of working experience as an Area Manager in the related field is required for this position.Those with experience working for restaurant services, apparel, FMCG, and other similar industries are encouraged to applyMust be proactive, highly dependable, with strong organizational skills and high integrityMust be a resident of Laguna

The successful candidate must be willing to undergo one-month training in the Quezon City head office.
