Job Responsibilities

To provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations of the Sales team.To timely process the seller's requests for Mobilization Fund, incentives, travel budget and liquidation.To ensure timely holding of units and submission of reservation documents to Sales Administration team.To ensure buyer's compliance to the required documents and payments for contracting or booking of account.To provide quality and efficient customer service to internal and external clients.

Job Requirements

Graduate of any bachelor's degree, preferably Business Administration or FinanceKnowledge in MS Office application especially MS ExcelGood communication skills, both oral and writtenGood interpersonal skillsGood organizational and time management skillsKeen to detailsWilling to report in Hermosa, Bataan
