Duties and Responsibilities:
Co
nduct market research to find answers a
bout co
nsumer requirements, habits and trends.Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns and content.Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demo
nstrating expertise in various areas (co
ntent development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)Liaise with external vendors to execute promotio
nal events, campaigns and partnerships.Collaborate with Store Operations and other Departments to coordinate brand awareness, collaterals, designs and other marketing efforts and activities.Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target market through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, etc.)Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, co
nversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assignedDevelop an understanding of current and future market trends that may impact Frankie’s sales.Co
ntribute to Frankie’s product development and marketing strategy through the collection and analysis of market research data to identify target markets for future potential growth.Define guest segmentation and target groups.Assess guest needs and requirements for defined segments and target accordingly.Understand buying pathway of different guests.Define product promotion and positio
ning for defined segments.Define appropriate conferences, workshops, publications, collateral and advertising to market Frankie’s and drive awareness and growth.Be the advocate for the guest requirements to Frankie’s.Create an annual campaign plan with budget and expected ROI.
Qualifications:
Must have at least 2 - year experience in Brand and Marketing, Advertising and Social Media ManagementPreferably holds Team Leadership or Supervisor position for at least one year.Must have extensive computer literacy on MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Graphic Design Software, Internet, Video Editing and other related software
