JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for strengthening the company’s market position to drive new revenue sources by creating strategic business partnerships as well as developing, executing and sustaining marketing strategies.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Plans, organizes and directs activities to ensure the marketability and competitiveness of the Company’s professio
nal services to local and internatio
nal markets.Oversees preparation of pre-qualifications and technical proposals complete with technical specs & research works, advertising, promotions, public relations and other business development activities.Represents the company in various functions like events, co
nferences and seminars to generate potential leads.Designs, executes and sustains various marketing strategies and plans to establish the company’s brand in various channels (e.g. social media marketing, co
ntent marketing, emailing, etc.) to develop viable leads that can be co
nverted into clients.Directs the department’s co
nduct of market research and industry trend analysis including tracking potential projects from government and private sources.Maintains professio
nal rapport with strategic accounts / key clients and provides insight / feedback o management and operations on co
ncerns and opportunities for improvement.Supervise the preparation of docu
ments required for pre-qualification bid, and technical proposals, submits the same to prospective clients and follow through until awarding of project.Sources out client’s through effective communication processes such as promotions, public relations, advertising and publicity propaganda, tracking potential projects from government and private sources. This includes client presentation of proposed projects.Prepares and submits reports to management. EDUCATIonAL BACKGROUND / WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Preferably Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) or any engineering equivalent, or can demo
nstrate a working knowledge of engineering fundamentals in addressing client co
ncern during presentation and project execution.At least 5 years experience in all phases of Business DevelopmentPreferably five (5) years working experience in managerial position.
