General Management

Provides leadership and management to CGIC in order to attain its vision as an organization.Keeps Top Management (LausGroup of Companies) informed on the results of the business operations of CGIC.Molds the existing structures and strategies of CGIC into an organization that is responsive to the needs of its customers, thereby ensuring its continued business growth.Exercises overall control and supervision of CGIC’s various operating units.

Marketing Management

Establishes and maintains relationships with other associations and agencies in the business community or industry for mutual benefit and common interests.Approves or recommends for approval to higher management marketing programs and initiatives.

Sales Management

Represents the company to other institutions, whether government or private, and serves as its official spokesperson.Approves or recommends for approval to higher management sales programs and initiatives.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree and/or has obtained a Post Graduate business degree.Has gained solid work experience in overall business operations.Possesses a strong/keen business sense.Excellent organization, planning, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.Able to present information and address business concerns of the management team and customers.Experience under the Non-life insurance industry is an advantage but not a requirementWilling to be assigned in San Fernando, Pampanga.Full-Time position available.
