Executive Assistant
Reporting to the Global General Counsel, you will ensure that all administrative matters for the Legal & Compliance teams are managed efficiently and facilitate the smooth running of the team. We are looking for a proactive, energetic individual with excellent written and spoken English communication skills who is comfortable working with senior leaders and managing conflicting priorities in a fast faced environment.
Some of your duties will include:
Providing administrative support services to the Global General Counsel and department teams by assisting with, among other things, diary management, organization of meetings, video co
nference calls, domestic and internatio
nal travel, maintaining legal and compliance matter files.Assisting in the preparation, formatting, collation, and distribution of papers/reports for executive meetings, department meetings and committees within required deadlines.Use initiative and judgment to ensure matters are dealt with expeditiously and appropriately, identifying those matters which should be referred to others either for action or information.Being a key co
ntact for the Legal & Compliance teams to provide answers to their questions and assist with ad-hoc tasks.Assist with o
nboarding of new staff within the teams.
