The Pre Sales Engineer will be heavily involved in the pre-sales process by delivering technical presentation, addressing technical queries from clients, draw up requirements and diagrams. Will also need to assist in the project implementation, and client maintenance support. 

Responsibilities:

Serve as a technical resource to the Sales team during pre-sales by responding to technical queriesWork closely with the Enterprise Sales and Regional Support Team on RFPs for new business proposalStrong understanding of the industry trends, solutions and completive productsWork closely with the Enterprise Sales team on client presentation.Provide technical diagram on integration processes and database architecture setupRender ongoing support for clients ‘post implementation; Technical support, hardwareand software configurations, and troubleshooting; onsite, or remote - phone, email, and webLiaise with Regional Support Team for escalation of issues 

Qualifications:

Must have at least 3 years of relevant working experience in software application or Enterprise System IntegratorStrong organizational, communication and project management skillsThrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentMust have experience in Project Implementa9onBachelors of Science, Computer Science or equivalent are strongly desiredAbility to understand, explain and interpret technical jargon to poten9al prospectsAbility to understand and interpret complex technical requirements to internal stockholdersHighly Motivated.
