The role is also relevant in maintaining strong customer relationships with the critical few that drive majority of the region's business.Distributor daily operations & inventory management: sell-out, sell-in achievement vs target; ensures smooth flow of goods and healthy inventory/DOIRevenue growth management – Hardie Rewards PHP target achievement of covered distributorsDistributor salesforce effectiveness – coaching of distributor sales team to achieve sell-out & retail execution goalsAccounts receivable management – supports AR team on ensuring customer payment commitments are metabout YouMinimum bachelor’s degree in a business-related courseAt least 3-5 years of sales/commercial experience preferably with distributor operationsManagement of 3rd party salesforceCombined experience in both FMCG and building materials industry an advantageSell-out vs Sell-in dynamics vis-à-vis inventory healthWilling to be assigned and manage distributor within Metro Manila.Our company culture is built on providing a foundation of “Zero Harm” and creating a positive impact in communities.
