Job Description
The Financial Advisor is responsible for the Face to Face selling and the servicing of life insurance products such as Health, Disability, Traditional and Variable Universal Life Insurance. He/She acts as the intermediaries between Unionbank and Insular Life clients, including individuals and group. They advise customers on Insurance policies that best suit their needs and provide service to clients’ changing insurance needs by utilizing their knowledge in Financial Planning.Principal Accountabilities:Develop lifetime customer relationships.Build, establish and maintain relationship with the Branch team by spearheading and participating in branch activities.Be an integral part of the Bancassurance team.Qualifications:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, any fieldAt least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this positionPast experience working in Sales (with preferred industries of automotive, pharmaceutical, retail sales, banking/financial services, real-estate, etc.) is an advantageWith good interpersonal, communications and presentation skillsConfident, with pleasing personalityHighly trainable and with good and positive attitudeAggressive and results-orientedPossesses high integrity
