JOB DEscriptION:

Competency and Career Management

Design policies and tools on Career DevelopmentReview new position or modified jobs and conduct job analysis to verify actual job duties and responsibilitiesAssist BU/Department Heads in creating or revising their group's Competency Matrix, Career Paths, and Job ProfilesMaintain and record of all job analysis/evaluation resultsConduct annual competency gap analysis by administering the Competency Assessment chart for all employees, collating, summarizing and analyzing all competency gaps which serve as basis for training and other development needs of employeesFacilitate the initial assessment/screening of all employee movement requests such as promotion, re-alignment, and transfer and ensure alignment with the Department's competency matrix, approved plantilla, and manpower budgetRecommend salary increases for promotions based on promotion guidelines and budget

Talent Mobility And Succession Management

Design policies and tools on Talent Mobility and Succession ManagementDesign a career pathing program that addresses the vertical/horizontal talent mobility requirements based on the candidate's profileWork with L&D in addressing skills gaps and development needs

Performance Management

Design policies and tools on Performance ManagementCoordinate with Talent Acquisition in the preparation, monitoring and submission of Regularization Appraisal Forms for all new hiresPartner with the People Experience & Communications team and designing and releasing all communication materials related to the Annual Performance ReviewEducate the Department/BU/Group Heads in crafting their team's annual performance goals, performance ratings, and employee rankingscollect and keep all approved Performance Appraisal FormsPerform and submit Performance Rating Spreadsheet

JOB QUALIFICATION:

With at least 4 years experience in Talent ManagementBachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Behavioral Science, or any related fieldCan independently do design, cascade and implement organizational-wide talent management related processes, systems, procedures, policies and programs.
