THE JOB: The successful candidate shall be primarily responsible for executing training function in the following key result areas:
1. TRAINING DESIGN AND FACILITATION: Supervise the implementation of employee development plan based on the established training calendar, including any necessary revisions based on new direction and priorities, to & address learning gaps and sustain organizational learning. Prepare training design and module for assigned new programs, as well as necessary revision for existing ones, based on developmental needs and training plan. Provide support in module design and development for Subject Matter Experts and coordinates with internal SMEs and external trainers/firms for the execution of scheduled training. Prepares training report on all facilitated training program based on established format.
2. TRAINING IMPACT evalUATION: Administers training impact evaluation to determine the effect of training interventions and extent of learning application by employees based on established objectives and timeline. Prepares Training Impact evaluation Report of facilitated training programs.
3. TRAINING NEEDS ANALYSIS: Supervise the execution of periodic Training Needs Analysis from various tools and data such as surveys, Performance Appraisal, Feedback Sessions, Training Report evaluations, and other viable sources to determine learning and development gaps. Creates proposal and implement approved learning interventions based on TNA results.
4. STAFF SUPERVISION: Monitors productivity level of subordinates. Provides general guidance and direction to subordinates. Encourages and ensures subordinate compliance to all Company policies and procedures. evaluates overall performance of staff.
THE DESIRED CANDIDATES:
• Graduate of any Bachelor course
• With at least 5 years exposure in training cycle covering training needs analysis, design and facilitation
• Highly proficient With MS Office applications and basic equipment for training
• With above average communication and presentation skills (both written & verbal)
• Approachable, tactful and able to relate with different levels of employees within the organization
• Willing to work beyond regular work hours if required
• Goal-oriented, dependable and can work with minimal supervision
• Highly organized and keen to details
