Job Description

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan and implement HR strategic Initiatives including employee engagement, communication, learning and developmentProvide HR solutions on resolving employee concernsManage employee discipline, ensures labor compliance and regulationsConduct exit interview, analyze attrition trends and work with business units on talent retentionProvide strong support on performance managementUpdate and implement HR policies and proceduresPromote and support corporate HR programs and initiativesAct as liaison between supporting business and HR Shared ServicesAttend to day-to-day HR operations

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science or related disciplineWith at least 10 years of HR experienceSolid HR Business Partnering experience in a multinational setting is an advantageWith background in all facets of HRWith strong leadership skills. Effective in dealing with people in various levels and different culturesOrganized, structured & attentive to detailsWith excellent communication & interpersonal skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced & dynamic environmentWith effective time management skills
