To provide end-to-end recruitment processing from sourcing, selection, hiring and placement; and create a data base of potential applicants for future vacancies.
The Recruitment Specialist provides effective recruitment coordination to all requisitioning departments for all directly hired positions in the head office and plants (Cabuyao, Bicutan, Cebu) while coordinating the deployment of agency-hired workers.
