Job Description

Roles and responsibilities:

Provide support in the areas of Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Employee Development, Employee Relations and Discipline by communicating with employees and department head.Promote harmonious relationships, camaraderie and cooperation within the Company by organizing activities and events that support and enhance employee morale.Coordinate the production managers in taking care of the movement of employees, promotion, layoff, transfer, resignation, etc.Coordinates Employee Engagement activities.Conduct administrative investigations of violations of Code of Conduct and Good Behavior for staff and management team membersConduct employee relations concerns, including but not limited to counseling and disciplineDetermine type of disciplinary actions that will be imposed on certain offenses based on the Company handbookDraft Notices to Explain, Notices of Conference and Notices of DecisionWrite email correspondence to relevant persons in the department the employee under investigation belongs to regarding Notices to Explain and corresponding sanction.Draft Notices of Preventive SuspensionResponsible for the overall compliance of the HR solutions and HR Procedures applied at the business assigned.Help identify gaps in existing HR policies and contribute to the development of new HR policies and procedures.Organize orientation/briefings for Supervisors and Managers regarding new policies and procedures

Education and skill requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or comparable work experience of two to three years in HRProficient Microsoft office skillsPossess critical thinking skills to consider various perspectivesAbility to effectively communicate with all levels of internal and external stakeholdersAbility to organize, multi-task and prioritize tasksHigh integrity and drivenStrong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with practical experienceStrong team player who is able to work independently whenever required
