The General Manager is the senior manager in Credit Operations. We are looking to expand the retail lending activities of the Group by taking advantage of advances in data analysis and communication technologies and fintech.

Growing the portfolio, improving portfolio quality, and ensuring profitable and efficient credit operations will be part of the KRAs of this position.

Responsible for developing lending products, programs, and policies,as well as directing collection strategies and efforts.This position will report to the Chief Finance Officer of the Group.

Our Business Group has been in business for 25 years.

The successful candidate will be business minded, financially savvy, comfortable with lending legal issues, and familiar with SEC and BSP regulatory issues.

And necessarily, this person must be a good team leader in order to get existing team members on board while also building up new talents.
