Preparing servicing calculations, calculating funds required for settlement, understanding the co
nstruction of loans, compliance docu
ments, understanding banking policy, and requirements.Pricing, packaging application for o
nline submission to banks, and apply o
nline system.Putting together loan applications ready for submission to the bank, this includes detailed loan servicing calculations.End-to-end processing for all loans until settlement.Liaising with customers via phone or email to collect details and docu
ments for loan assessment.Liaising with stakeholders (e.g. banks, lenders, key stakeholders such as the business manager and director)Running loan scenario with bank staffRespo
nding to all enquiries professionally, accurately, and in a timely manner.Providing relevant stakeholders with timely and periodic updates regarding loan applications, by email and other accessible means of communication.Adhering to various legal, compliance, credit, and customer service standards.Working with mortgage management systemsProviding support with other administrative functions.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to have/be
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Legal Management, Accountancy, or other related courses.Must have a minimum of 5 years of Australian mortgage processing experience.Full suite Co
