The Treasury Disbursement Supervisor prepares reports and helps the Treasury Mgr/Supervisor in planning the company funds to be used efficiently to reach the organization's objective.
Primary duties and responsibilities
Supports the Senior Supervisor in managing treasury functions, including meetings, short and long-term funding needs.
Deputy Officer in the absence of Senior Supervisor.
Ensures the correctness and accuracy of check disbursement preparation.
Trains treasury staff on developmental goals in support of the Senior Supervisor
Ensures adherence of the treasury disbursement team to ISO, GMP, HACCP, and HALAL standards.
Prepares cash report every 15th and 7th of the reporting month.
Witness in cash counting of remittances.
Understands and manages appropriate procedures and processes around month-end, quarter-end and year-end close.
Prepares daily cash position reports and daily bank balances.
Deals with the bank currency rates for importation and loans on minimum cost.
Assists the Senior Supervisor in managing weekly disbursements based on cash flow.
Conducts research into disbursement variances and determines explanations.
Creates models involving cash disbursement and cash flow projections.
Manages bank payment transactions via auto debit arrangement and fund transfers.
Assists and supports the treasury department in financing negotiations and capital strategy formulation.
Manages relationships with A/P, internal and external treasury department customers.
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS in Accountancy
With at least one (1) year of experience in relevant position
Should have knowledge in preparation of reports
Awareness and understanding on Food Safety , ISO, HACCP and HALAL.
Must be wiling to work in onsite
