MANAGEMENT ConSULTING SUPERVISOR Advisory (Management Consulting)
Responsibilities:
• Perform business transformation assessment on the 7 key business processes of the client (e.g., Order to Cash, Procure to pay, Cash Disbursement, Fixed Assets Management, Inventory Management, HR and Payroll Management and Period End closing).
• Performs gap analysis and other data gathering activities, facilitate workshops, discuss and present results to clients and other stakeholders, draft reports
Qualifications:
• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Human Resources or related courses
• Has at least 3 years of extensive knowledge of business process improvement and change management
• Has good risk management mindset and is client-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skill
