PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
The Clinic and Wellness Lead in general will be responsible for managing the overall wellness and health of the employees. He / she may provide administrative support and oversee the development, training of clinic members, and coordinate patient care plans.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
▪ Clinical and Administrative Practice
o Manage all clinic’s transactional activities and deliver a business and quality-focused service
o Performs routinary/administrative tasks required to administer and execute clinical responsibilities including but not limited to the above-mentioned list
▪ Quality Clinic Program Management
o Be involved in identifying, communicating and working towards a program implementation or resolution with management when required
o Develop and review clinical governance documents and processes
o Identify, develop and support and/or implement new initiatives, quality and continuous improvement activities for occupational health and wellness as part of a continuous improvement process in own work, team, and company goals
▪ Leadership and Team Management
o Provide clinical leadership, consultation and expertise in the delivery of clinic intervention to range of health concerns
o Servicing the needs of your local client group in a pro-active and professional manner
o Builds effective relationships with the team and to the departments he/she works with
o Identifies skill gaps of the subordinates and identifies ways to address
o Can do coaching and mentoring
▪ Project Management
o Ensures all transactional tasks and projects within the department are completed in a timely and accurate manner
o Ensure collaborative and consultative approach within the team
o Plan, implement and manage projects to ensure successful delivery of outcomes to agreed quality standards and timeframes
▪ Policy and Schedule Adherence
o Ensures that as a Clinic and Wellness Lead there is a compliance to company policies, values, and standards and has work schedule adherence
▪ Family Welfare Program
o Advocating the integration and implementation of the 10 dimensions of Family Welfare Program: Reproductive Health and Responsible Parenthood, Education/Gender Equality, Spirituality or Value Formation, Income Generation/Livelihood/Cooperative, Medical Health Care, Nutrition, Environment Protection, hygiene and Sanitation, Sports and Leisure, Housing, Transportation
▪ DOLE Mandatory Workplace Policies and Programs
o Develop and implement certain workplace policies and programs that legally required by law or regulation that would benefit the organization.

FUNCTIonAL COMPETENCIES

o Can cover end to end Clinic process
o Oversees the overall task deliverable of the team across all sites to ensure that lapses will be avoided
o Effectively communicates with higher ups for any clinic-related concerns o Undertakes a consultative and collaborative approach

Occupational Health and Wellness
o Identifies ways to improve and implement processes in compliance to occupational health and wellness
Performance Management
o Can assist in identification of training needs of his/her team
o Has keen eye to assist the site leads/managers of the key talents of the department
Clinic Portal / System
o Acts as quality assurance to perform the auditing of data being encoded on Clinic Portal
o Develop procedures that will ensure the consistency of clinic records o Knows, understand and performs the necessary process incorporated in the system
