Basic Function:
Responsible for the preparation and documentation of R & D formulation, costing and work instruction with regards to the product research and development of all clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Prepares accurate costings for products and recipes under development
2.Collaborates with Purchasing for material and packaging cost.
3.Conduct observation during batch test and actual production run of new and revised products.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Food Technology or any 4 year related courseWith at least 1 year work experience in the same industryCan speak and communicate wellHardworking and self-motivatesWilling to work long hours

It all started when, after fifteen years of experience in the fast-food industry, Chef’s Secret, Incorporators envisioned a food service company that would actively respond to the needs of restaurants, food chains and other guest-based enterprises. Based on popular interest and demand for bread products in the Philippines, we decided to make ourselves noticed by producing specialty European-style breads and pastries for fancy coffee and sandwich outlets that were proliferating in rapid succession around Metropolitan Manila area.
