VELCOASIA MANAGEMENT CORPORATION IS LOOKING FOR FARM MANAGER/TRAINEE IN NEGROS OCCIDENTAL/ORIENTAL

Qualifications:

·        strong knowledge and experience in farming (agriculture or animal science)

·        strong planning, organisation and decision-making skills.

·        ability to work well with people and farm workers

·        must have a natural strong interest in farming

·        financial awareness to prepare budgets and good control over farm cost

·        Reasonable knowlege in use of internet and other agri-science internet learning sites

·        strong leadership and sufficient knowhow in organizing farm implements, tools, fertilizers, insecticides, etc. Also reasonable knowledge in use and maintenance of farm equipment

·        Reasonable knowledge in administration, people management and marketing agri products, (livestock or agricultural produce)

·        Farm production knowhow. To make use of current strengths of farm, and start a sustainable farming projects

·        Farm land development for Mabinay, Tuguib, 4 hec in Calag-calag
